I enjoy getting to know my clients and exploring their overall needs and goals with their designs. I send out a questionnaire to all clients to gain further details of their needs and to clearly understand their vision for their brand. 

When the questionnaire has been submitted. I will accumulate the information and produce a creative brief form for the client. If agreed, an invoice will be sent. For an illustration, my turn around time is within 48 hours and for brand designs such as logos, my time frame is within 7-12 days.

I begin the initial stage of creating the design from the information collated from the questionnaire. I take the client’s ideas and visions and bring them to life. At this stage, I continue to collaborate with the client to ensure I am meeting their design needs. 

I will complete the finishing touches of the design and ensure its quality checked. This will then be sent to the client via email. 

The design has been recieved by the client and testimonials are completed. I aim for 100% client satisfaction.
